Hotel, classified as a historical monument, in an old hacienda, with a beautiful view, near the entrance to the valley.

Built between 1923 and 1925, this fourteen-room motel is located near the entrance to the valley, in a former hacienda. It could do with some refurbishment, but inside you'll find a veritable opera house, listed as a historic monument! You can visit it every day. Café Amargosa is due to reopen soon. From the hotel, you can enjoy a magnificent sunset over the Amargosa Mountains to the east.

Awful. The internet is incredibly slow. The room flooded from below and the roof leaked. The exposed copper pipes will burn you. It smells bad. The parking lot was total mud. The opera house part costs an extra 10 dollars, but closed anyway. No in room services (coffee, TV, etc). Only one microwave/fridge for the whole hotel. Nowhere to put toiletries in the tiny bathroom. Very run-down overall.
