Death Valley National Park offering an incredible view of Dante for sunrise
Dante's View is incredible; coming here for sunrise is a promise of a magical moment. There's no hiking here: just park at the lookout and head outside to brave the cold, as temperatures can be particularly low in the morning. You will see the sky light up gently over the bed of the Amargosa River, a dry river for most of its 300 km length.
