A large modern wooden counter, red brick walls and a very friendly atmosphere, like a vacation: welcome to Humboldt Bay Provisions. Oysters from the bay of the same name are delivered daily to the establishment, before being served raw or cooked, as desired, with their mignonette sauce. The restaurant also offers some cheeses and spreads and, above all, an impressive wine list. An excellent address, where you will certainly have a good time.

We love Humboldt Bay Provisions! Delicious oysters in a warm, inviting atmosphere. We moved away from Arcata 13 years ago and hit this place up whenever we visit to get our concentrated dose of Humboldt cuisine!!!❤️

As the sign on the outside of this establishment says, "Don't be shellfish, tell a friend" so here we are. Small menu but all the food was done well!

I absolutely love the atmosphere and ambiance of this spot, good drinks and great oysters! The dill/mustard and plum sauce oysters are pictured here!
