In addition to being Salt Lake City's go-to for sandwiches, Buds has been serving 100% vegan and homemade preparations, from sauces to proteins, since 2012. Victim of its success - especially during the week, at lunch time - this small establishment is frequently taken over by a long line of customers; thus, count about twenty to thirty minutes of waiting before being served. Although there are a few wooden tables in front of the red brick house, the address is particularly suited to take-out orders.
