Hike through a forest of maple, oak and poplar trees, past numerous waterfalls to the picturesque Emerald Pools
A very popular hike through a forest of maple, oak and poplar trees, along numerous waterfalls to the Emerald Pools. Beware of slippery rocks. This trail can also be reached from The Grotto via the Kayenta Trail. In addition to the Middle Trail, there are two other options: the Lower Trail and the Upper Pool. The best times to visit are from May to November. Dogs are not allowed.
