About 5 miles southwest of Page, this beautiful horseshoe-shaped meander of the Colorado River is one of the most impressive views of the river. From the edge of the bluff, a bird's eye view of the emerald waters awaits the visitor. Specifically, Horseshoe Bend is located at the southern edge of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, just a few hundred yards from the main road.once parked, it is only a fifteen minute walk to the viewpoint. An absolute must-see.

Après une petite marche, vous accéderez au site mais attention toutefois il n'y a aucune barrière et la chute peut-être mortelle vu la hauteur ... les rochers sont glissants au bord ...
