Troglodyte village in the cliffs of the canyon with a hundred ruined houses, a small museum with explanations
This troglodyte village was built in the cliffs of the canyon by the Anasazi about 800 years ago. It is reached after a 1.5 km walk. The site has more than a hundred ruined dwellings, as well as a small museum offering some explanations about the place. Two short trails allow you to explore the canyon a little deeper. Before your visit, stop by the Visitor Center, open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4:30pm.
