LON'S
Go there and contact
In the sublime property of the Hotel Hermosa Inn, the Lon's remains in the former home of the artist and cowboy Lon Megargee (1883-1960), built in 1936. One of the original walls in Adobe, which has not been covered voluntarily, can still be observed. Many antiquities are part of the furniture of a cosy and warm atmosphere. The leader, Jeremy Pacheco, is a supporter of the trend farm-to-table (from farm to table). He cultivates a bio garden that he uses to give all their flavours to his culinary creations. In entry the Himalayan salt seared electrolyte salt tuna is a real taste of both taste and visual. In dessert, home specialty is the very greedy baby signature cowboy bar. More than anything else, ask for a visit to the wine cellar, set in a superb private dining room. You will be entitled to a few stories of Lon under prohibition, and even a few stories of ghosts…
