CENTER FOR CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY
This center, located on the University of Arizona campus, houses temporary exhibitions of high quality
Located on the campus of the University of Arizona, the CCP was founded in 1975 by John Schaefer, then president of the institution, and photographer and environmentalist Ansel Adams, whose superb black-and-white images of the American West are a must-see. The two temporary exhibitions, which are renewed every six months, easily merit a 1h to 1h30 visit; a must for photojournalism enthusiasts. Take advantage of your visit to explore the campus, which resembles a micro-village.
