If tonkatsu, breaded pork with cabbage and rice, is a dish found everywhere in Japan, this Nara address is a bit different. Of course, the interior decoration is quite ordinary, but here you will find only pork from the Nara region (which is called Yamato pork) deliciously cooked. The plates are well presented and nicely colored with good fresh vegetables. Copious, the menu satisfies the big hunger: impossible to have a small hollow in the afternoon! It may be useful to make a reservation, it is a very busy place.
