Housed in an old merchant's house, machiya, this guesthouse is located in a residential area a little away from downtown Nara but easily accessible by foot, bicycle or public transportation. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Japan of yesteryear. The Japanese style rooms, with tatami and futon, are a little bit narrow, but the place combines charm and affordable prices. Auberge authentique avec un accueil des plus chaleureux, idéal pour les petit bourse. Un peu excentré du coeur de Nara mais permet de découvrir cette ville plaine de charme par ces ruelles splendides.
