The restaurant's dishes, made from seasonal produce, are of incredible quality: the marriage of French and Japanese cuisine works perfectly. At the helm is Japanese chef Osamu Ogusu, who trained with renowned French chefs such as Pierre Orsi, Guy Martin and Guy Lassausaie. We're still salivating!
