The name of this restaurant, Tamago to watashi, means "eggs and me". It is indeed an omelette establishment. Even if it doesn't sound like Japanese gastronomy at first glance,omurice, a fine omelette that covers rice with tomato, is nevertheless a typical Japanese dish. Newcomer, the omette soufflé, very creamy and soft, which will be laid on lasagne, risotto or curry. Another restaurant is in Tennoji MIO.
