In Umeda station, not far from the exit of the Hankyu line, is the entrance to a maze of small galleries where many restaurants and izakaya are grouped. Most of them are tiny, some have no tables or chairs, and you will have to eat standing at the counter. Sakura is a small restaurant which proposes okonomiyaki and yakisoba, simple but delicious. You can sit at the counter or on tables with tenpan (hot plates). It is preferable to arrive around 18h, afterwards, it will probably be necessary to queue.
