Fukutaro is a very reputable establishment among locals, who often consider it simply the bestokonomiyaki restaurant in town. As soon as you are seated at the counter, the okonomiyaki will be made and prepared in front of you. The little touch that would make all the difference is actually a secret sauce that the okonomiyaki are covered with. Other dishes can be ordered in addition to the famous pancakes. As the place is famous, it is sometimes necessary to wait a little while before sitting at the counter.
