This gourmet restaurant is not a large one. There are a few seats at the counter and two private tables. However, we advise you to sit at the counter to admire the chef at work. It is very pleasant to contemplate. The dishes, served one after the other, consist of fresh fish and vegetables, depending on the season, and meat. The dishes are models of refinement and elegance. Simply delicious. Awarded in 2021 in the famous special red Kyoto-Osaka-Okayama guide.
