This excellent traditional sushi restaurant offers its customers an omakase menu. In Japanese, omakase means "to rely on someone", "to trust someone". This concept invites customers to let the chef choose the menu. You don't know what sushi will be offered and you rely, with your eyes closed, on your talent and your selection of the moment. The sushi is prepared one by one by the chef and placed in front of you. This culinary experience is a real treat for the eyes, but also for the palate.
