Here is a good address to taste kushikatsu, the famous very tasty fried skewers of meat, vegetables or seafood. This typical dish of the capital of Kansai would even be born in Shinsekai, in the city of Osaka. Once the skewer in hand, you have to dip it in a sauce, usually shared between all the guests.
