This sharehouse company (shared house), opened in 1991, is very popular among foreigners wishing to stay on Ōsaka a few weeks or months. It offers apartments and rooms in five sharehouses with fruit names: Melon, Apple and Lemon located around Namba, Orange south of Tennoji and Banana in Sakai. Each has different housing. In the Banana House and Orange House, you can rent a traditional Japanese room with tatamis and futons. Showers, toilets and kitchen are shared with other tenants. At Melon House, you will find an apartment with tatamis, toilet and private kitchen. At Lemon House you can choose between private or dormitory. The accommodation is uneven, some are quite modern and some are aging, but it remains a very good value for money.

C'est ici que j'ai passé 3 nuits en août dernier. C'était pratique car c'était juste à côté de la station de métro, et c'était un bon rapport qualité/prix à environ 5 500 yens pour deux personnes par nuit. J'ai l'intention de revenir à l'avenir. C'était proche du centre ville

価格は良心的ですが、週末には少し値上がりする可能性があります。部屋はそれほど狭くありません。ただ、お風呂が少し狭いです。BTSのすぐそば、商業エリアにも近い好立地。ショッピングエリアの近く近くにはレストランがたくさんあります。スタッフはとても親切です。

Cet hôtel est situé à 5 secondes à pied de la sortie 3 de la gare de Nagahoribashi, donc même s'il pleut, vous arriverez à l'hôtel sans vous mouiller. L'emplacement est parfait. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus, mais il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel et le système est livré avec une carte Jeff Gourmet (ticket repas national de 500 yens) qui peut être utilisée dans les environs. Cependant, comme le nom de l'hôtel l'indique, il est proche de la gare et à ce prix-là, vous n'aurez rien à redire.
Malheureusement, la salle de bain est un peu petite et ne dispose pas de lavabo.
Il n'y a pas de points négatifs à part ça.

Emplacement très stratégique. À distance de marche de Dotonburi. Les dortoirs féminins sont très confortables. Endroit très propre et spacieux. Chaque invité a reçu une carte d'accès qui doit être utilisée pour accéder à notre niveau et entrer dans le dortoir. Le prix est également abordable. Très recommandé pour les routards.
