It's the oldest hotel in town, and one of the most luxurious too. As proof, the Emperor used to go there every time he came down to Ōsaka. The lobby is splendid and immense, with a garden and waterfall. The many restaurants rival each other in excellence, and the bars and tea rooms are not to be outdone either. The comfortable, well-equipped rooms are beyond reproach. The extremely friendly concierge will be a great ally on your visit to the city, which he knows better than anyone. Renovated in 2024.

Bien que l'hôtel ait l'air vieux maintenant, j'ai eu l'impression que le service offrait le service traditionnel qui conserve encore le nom du Royal Hotel.

J'ai séjourné à la Tour Présidentielle. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Je n'attendais pas grand-chose du salon exécutif, mais j'ai été satisfait des friandises, de la nourriture, de l'alcool et de l'attention du personnel. J'étais un peu inquiet à propos de mon poids parce que je mangeais et buvais beaucoup, mais j'aimais tellement ça que cela n'avait pas d'importance. Si j'en ai l'occasion, j'aimerais y retourner. Si je devais reprocher une chose, ce serait la difficulté de contrôler la climatisation dans la chambre.
