This hotel, which has been open for 150 years now, is a haven of peace for a relaxing stay in complete tranquillity. The rooms are refined, a mix of Japanese style, with tatami and futon, and Western style, with some rooms equipped with single beds. Many have a private hot bath on the balcony. There are two public baths offered by the hotel: one rich in minerals and salt, the other with fresh water. The dishes on offer are mainly kaiseki ryōri, a fine and refined Japanese dish.
