The staff is excellent, welcoming, and sometimes even fun. Then, the parts are very well held. And another quality, the establishment is extremely well located, a few minutes walk from Sannomiya station. The only small problem comes from the difference in size between some rooms, some being relatively large for the Japanese hotel industry, and others being much smaller..
