Value-for-money hotel on Port Island, with very pleasant rooms overlooking the harbour

Located on Port Island, this large white building is impossible to miss. It looks like a big ship peacefully moving forward to the nearby sea. Moreover, the view of the port from most of the rooms is very pleasant. The Portopia stands out particularly from the competition thanks to a certain effort made in the decoration of the rooms. The management has succeeded in creating different atmospheres. The value for money is excellent, given the quality of the service. Breakfast is copious. An excellent address at Kōbe.

The staff were very helpful and helpful. Rooms and a 5-star service. The location is not ideal if you want to make tourism but a 15-minute drive from the center of Kobe and the airport.
