IKUTA SHRINE
Sanctuary – Place of pilgrimage

The present building dates from 1993, but the first traces of this sanctuary date back to the 3rd century. It is very popular with young people who come here to pray for love or for their relationship to last forever. Young men deposit white amulets and young women deposit red amulets. Behind the temple, on the right, is a tree trunk more than 500 years old. Having survived the bombing during the Second World War and the 1995 earthquake, it is the symbol of a long and healthy life.

Trés beau temple au couleur rouge vif situé au cœur de kobe. Situé a coté d'un petit parc, très calme comparativement à la ville moderne qui l'entoure.
