Built in the late 1980s, Kōbe's City Hall is one of the ten tallest skyscrapers in the city. The conception and design of its architecture is the work of the Nikken Sekkei agency. At 132 metres in height, it is above all a landmark that should be remembered, so that the city can be viewed at 180° free of charge. Indeed, visitors can access the 24th floor to enjoy a unique viewpoint: a beautiful panoramic view of Kōbe and Mount Rokkō. An ideal place to admire the setting sun.
