Opened in 2012, this museum features almost 3,000 works by Yokoo Tadanori, an artist from the town of Nishiwaki in Hyōgo prefecture, considered by some to be the Japanese Andy Warhol. Here, we discover his crazy and colorful work, through paintings, woodblock prints and posters. Yokoo is also influenced by Picasso, Francis Picabia, Rubens and Giorgio De Chirico. The museum organizes three to four temporary exhibitions each year.
