Great white house standing like a ski chalet in the middle of the hills. This guest house is held by a couple of Japanese not speaking English, which can make communication somewhat difficult, you are warned. Through this important technical detail, the building has 8 rooms, all with tatamis. So we sleep on a futon, installed during dinner by the house mistress. The bathroom, Japanese, and the toilet is shared. It is the ideal place to taste a freshly prepared lunchtime meal (only in winter), the famous fish containing a deadly poison in its intestines. The proposed menu includes fugu in sashimi, fried and nabe. It is necessary to reserve several days in advance. The full breakfast is Japanese style, with fish, miso soup, tōfu, calf egg and rice. A full Japanese experience.
