This sake brewery can be visited freely. It has seven buildings, some of which date back to 1910. Explanations in English allow a better understanding of how sake is made. Inside one of the buildings, the visitor can discover a small exhibition on Mikinosuke Kawaishi, who opened the first judo club in France in 1935. The brasserie has a shop and two restaurants. In the evening, taste the sukiyaki menu accompanied by sake.
