It's hard to miss this colorful and attractive storefront. This popular and friendly izakaya (Japanese bistro) is ideally located near Hakodate station. The staff speaks English most of the time. We recommend you try the katsu-ika (squid), a local specialty. Of course, there are many seafood products on the menu (sashimi, cooked fish, oysters, octopus, crab soup...). In addition to the cold draught beer, you can also try a side dish of sake.
