To get a seat in this small ramen (Japanese noodle) restaurant, you may have to wait a few minutes if you arrive at rush hour. This popular restaurant has just one counter... with nine seats! Salt ramen(shio ramen) is Hakodate's specialty, and makes a nice meal in winter as well as summer. But ramenau miso or miso or spicy miso(karamiso) are also delicious and recommended.
