Located near the Nijo market, this small brewery of local beers is an address not to be missed under any pretext (especially if you swear by hops). This institution, among Sapporo's inhabitants, serves about ten craft beers brewed on the spot and offers other products from other breweries. You can also eat there. We recommend you try the fries, which are made from a variety of locally grown potatoes. If the pub is full, don't worry, you can have a drink standing at the bar.
