This modern hotel, owned by JR Group, has 197 rooms and two restaurants. It is located directly west of the station, on the same floor as the shinkansen entrance. Its location is very convenient. You just have to follow the signs to get there. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are more spacious than the average in Japan. Some of the superior rooms are really cosy and tasteful. The staff is very pleasant and, for the most part, English speaking.
