This museum was founded by a local man, Takahashi Shinchi, a woodcut artist and teacher, who revived the art of printmaking. The museum exhibits a beautiful collection of woodblock prints. Approximately 260 pieces are on permanent display. The visitor can discover a wide variety of prints, copper engravings and serigraphs. The museum also hosts monthly exhibitions. The museum building is located in the old Aikawa court.
