To visit Kitakata and not enjoy ramen would be a mistake. With a 60-year history spanning four generations, Makoto Shokudo is a must-visit place. It is said that the flavor today is still the same, decades after the opening. The place is very popular with the locals, who do not hesitate to come and eat ramen... as early as 7am. The restaurant, located on the ground floor of the owner's house, includes rooms with tatami, tables and a counter. For the greediest, the pork noodle dish composed of 10 slices!
