NOMUGI
Quite simply, this restaurant serves just one dish: zaru-soba, or cold soba. But in winter, you can also enjoy kake-soba, the hot version (¥250 more). So there's no need to struggle to decipher a menu: the choice will be the easiest in the world. The establishment is quite famous, and once the soba of the day is sold out, the store closes. The interior of the restaurant is rather rustic. It's located in the Nakamichi district, a 10-minute walk from the station. The owner used to run a French restaurant in Tokyo.
