NORIKURA KOGEN ONSEN YOUTH HOSTEL

This hostel, located 10 minutes from the Suki-jō mae bus stop, is a good stop for skiers and hikers. The hostel is nestled at 1,500 meters above sea level, on the Norikura Plateau on the side of Mount Norikuradake. The comfort is more than basic, especially in the middle of winter. There are, of course, the famous hot baths. The owners are very nice and the staff usually speaks English. Several activities are offered depending on the season.
