ANTIQUE INN SUMIYOSHI
Ryokan in an early house, with 8 rooms, tatami and futon, and public baths
This ryokan is located in an old merchant's house from the beginning of the 20th century and is nicely decorated with antiques. It is very pleasant. It has eight Japanese-style rooms, with tatami and futon, public baths and several common toilets, on thefirst and second floors. It is possible to close behind you to enjoy the baths alone. You can have dinner on the premises. The meal served is kaiseki type, copious and delicious. For breakfast, you can choose between the Japanese and the Western version.
