A sushi-ya with a long history closely linked to the Omicho market where it is located, a guarantee of quality. Moreover, there can be a queue (the restaurant is not very big either). If you are lucky enough to be seated at the counter, you will be able to admire the technique of the most skilful chefs. The "show" immediately whets the appetite. The Kaisen don is also a treat to watch. Slices of fish, skillfully cut, are meticulously fanned out on a generous portion of rice. You won't be able to resist the photo.
