This sushi restaurant is located in the heart of the Omicho covered market. The quality of the fish and seafood is exemplary. You order directly via a tablet, with menu in English. If you are at the counter, the chef will give you your sushi. If you are at a table, a train will bring them to you. The menu is varied and includes a few little surprises that are a pleasure to try.
