This is a popular chain for Nagoya's miso nikomi udon. This is the address of the parent company Yamamotoya Sōhon-ke, which has been upholding the tradition of its miso nikomi udon since 1925. Several other stores are scattered throughout the city and prefecture of Aichi. There's even an address in Wakayama. Four types of udon are on the menu. We recommend the ¥1265 udon. It's the simplest, but the culinary experience is well worth it. You can also choose to have rice, oden or pickled Chinese cabbage.
