This traditional house in Sukiya-zukuri (a Japanese residential architecture) is classified as a cultural heritage of Japan. It has a beautiful traditional garden with views of the castle. Various workshops on Japanese culture with an English interpreter are proposed. This goes from the traditional tea ceremony, through an initiation to the koto, the Japanese harp. You can also try the art of calligraphy, and even learn to wear a kimono of the finest in manners.
