This little restaurant, which opened its doors in 1947, is an institution here in the region. For almost 80 years now, the recipes have remained unchanged: ancient flavors based on eels, oysters and soft-shell turtles. Hiroshima's specialties are only available in winter, between mid-October and early April. If you're not accustomed to eating this type of seafood, we advise you to take the plunge at this high-quality establishment. You won't be disappointed. The menu is in English.
