This three-story building, behind the Parco department store, is teeming with small restaurants serving the famous okonomiyaki, a salty Japanese pancake, the culinary specialty of Hiroshima city. It can be called the temple ofokonomiyaki without any problem, because the greedy visitor will have the choice among... 25 restaurants! That's all there is to it. How to choose? Even we don't have the answer. The best thing to do is to walk around the floors and look at the different stalls and the menus (some of them in English). All you have to do is go for it.
