This municipal cultural center welcomes Japanese students as well as foreign tourists. The rooms are comfortable and some are quite spacious. You can choose between single, double, twin and Japanese style rooms. There are even rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. The curfew is at midnight. It's hard to beat the quality-price-location ratio. Rates for international travelers.
