The park houses the famous five-story Rurikō-ji pagoda. It dates back to 1404 and was built by Moriharu Ouchi to console the soul of his brother, who was killed in the battle he led against Yoshimitsu Ashikaga. The roofs of the pagoda are beautifully built in a visual gradation, which shows its complexity. In the park, you can also see the Tōshun-ji, which has a majestic gate, a hall dedicated to Kannon, and a small museum dedicated to five-story pagodas.
