Although this restaurant serves exceptional fish and seafood, one comes here especially to taste the famous fugu (also called "puffer fish"), this fish which, badly prepared, can cause very serious poisoning. But here, no fear, the Chef is a master in the matter and if you have never tried this fish, so adored in Japan and so venerated in Shimonoseki, it is the time to do it! There are many à la carte menus, for more or less all budgets. The cheapest menu will already allow you to taste the flavors of this fish.
