ARTIGIANO
This Italian specialty restaurant is nestled in the heart of the city. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) there are only a few tables available, so reservations are highly recommended. The tasty dishes are concocted with love and passion by the chef. The chef who is also one of the main actors of the crane festival which takes place once a year. The interior is very cocoon-like, with the wood of the structure and the floor in grey tiles. You are indeed in Japan, but here in Tsuwano, you will taste high quality Italian food. Who would have thought it?
