Kotohira city is full of restaurants serving sanuki udon, the popular dish of Kagawa. There is no shortage of local establishments, usually family-run, here. Kompira Udon is an excellent address, located in a traditional building. The change of scenery is total. The menu is very complete, with many udon à la carte. Most of the dishes and sets are represented in pictures on the menu, which makes it easier to order from the waiters. The price is also very attractive, especially for the quantity served.
