INOTANI HONTEN

A dish of ramen (editor's note: Japanese noodles) is typically the dish you look for in a new city when you are short of ideas. With Inotani, the gourmet will not be disappointed. It is quite simply the most famous ramen restaurant in Tokushima. It is at the origin of the rise of Tokushima ramen throughout the archipelago. The dishes offered by the restaurant have a pronounced taste, very gourmet. They are often accompanied by a bowl of rice. We find, of course, ingredients such as pork, egg, onions or bamboo shoots.
