The house of the Omura family, a merchant of Aizomé (Japanese indigo), date from 1789 to 1801. It is one of the oldest houses in Uchiko. Unfortunately, she only admires herself from outside. Beautiful architecture that can however be taken in photo. This is also the case of Honhagake jutaku, a large house belonging to the Honhaga family, which made a fortune thanks to the manufacture of the Japanese candle Mokuro, built in 1889. A small difference, you can enter the garden. This second remains close to the first.
